During October 22rd - 25th, Whispering Oak Elementary School will be celebrating Red Ribbon Week, the largest drug prevention campaign in the country.

Real Heroes make good choices, keep their community safe, show good character and never do drugs or bully!

Please see below special activities to show the community that Whispering Oak Elementary chooses to be drug free.

Good Character, Good Choices: Drug & Bully Free

Monday Oct. 22: Wear RED: Support Red Ribbon week, Be Drug and Bully Free

Tuesday Oct. 23: Wear Neon: Our future is too bright for drugs and bullying!

Wednesday Oct. 24: Wear your craziest pair of socks: Sock it to drugs and bullying!

Thursday Oct. 25: Wear your sports jersey or shirt: Team up against drugs and bullying!

Red Ribbon Week is a drug, violence & bullying prevention awareness campaign observed annually in October in the United States. All students will be getting Red Ribbon Items (bracelet & bookmark). Students will have chances to win Red Ribbon themed prizes throughout the week. Students will be signing a pledge to be bully & drug free.
