When does discounted pre-sale pricing end?
The last day for pre-sale is Friday, April 18th. After that date, wristbands and/or tickets can only be purchased at the door.
What are the benefits to purchasing during pre-sale?
You will receive a $5 discount on each wristband purchased, as well as the first 300 wristbands purchased will receive a free reusable cup to collect tokens, courtesy of Fravel Brewer Orthodontics.
If we purchased during pre-sale, how do we receive our wristbands and/or tickets?
There will be a pickup area for all wristbands and/or tickets during pre-sale. Follow the signs upon your arrival that day.
What is the difference between wristbands and tickets?
Wristbands are required for all rides, inflatables, and games. Tickets can be used at our activity booths like cake walk, splash tower, airbrush tattoos, balloon artist, karaoke, game truck, and face painting. Each activity booth costs between 1-5 tickets.
What time does the silent auction end?
The silent auction starts at 5pm and ends promptly at 7pm.
If we are notified that we placed a winning bid, do we need to pay and pickup that evening?
Payment that evening is strongly preferred!
How do we win tokens?
Tokens are won by playing games and can be redeemed for prizes at the prize table in the cafeteria.
Where do we park?
Parking is extremely limited. All families are encouraged to walk or carpool if at all possible. SB Prime is also allowing our WOE families to use their parking lot, as long as they dine-in before or after the event.
Can we bring our pets?
Sorry, per OCPS policy, no pets are allowed on campus.
How can I help?
We are in need of MANY volunteers - both adults and high/middle schoolers. This event can't happen without many hands of help! ALL volunteers must be ADDitions approved.
