Fundraiser - Pickup October 18th

Purpose: To Raise Funds for our School's Enrichment Programs

Dates:

• Catalogs & Order Forms go Home: Friday, August 25th
• Orders Due:

Friday, September 20th

• Orders Pick-up: Wednesday, October 18th (during Portfolio / Conference Night)

Time: 3:00 - 7:00 pm

Payment

Make checks payable to WOE PTO.

• Please place the student's first & last name on each check.
• Orders must be pre-paid.
• Do NOT collect Sales Tax (sales tax is included in price of products.)

Order Forms

Return the TOP two copies of the order form with collected money! Original order form will be returned in student’s order.

If you need additional order forms, you may pick up extra blank forms at the front office.
