Fall Fundraiser

Purpose: To Raise Funds for our School's Full-Time Nurse

Dates:

• Catalogs & Order Forms go Home: Friday, September 4th
• Orders Due:

Extended until Friday, September 25th

• Orders Pick-up: Wednesday, October 28th (during Portfolio / Conference Night)

Time: 1:45 - 7:00 pm

Location: Music Room

Payment

Make checks payable to WOE PTO.

• Please place the student's first & last name on each check.
• Orders must be pre-paid.
• Do NOT collect Sales Tax (sales tax is included in price of products.)

Order Forms

Return the TOP two copies of the order form with collected money! Original order form will be returned in student’s order.

If you need additional order forms, you may pick up extra blank forms at the front office.
