Chocolate Box Fundraiser

Sale Begins: Friday, February 5th

Sale Ends: Wednesday, February 24th

Orders will be delivered to classrooms on

Wednesday, March 30th.

Parents may pick-up during their portfolio night conference or items will be sent home the next day with students.

How To Order Your Chocolate Boxes:

• Enter quantities for each person's order under the items number / description.
• Total quantities to the right and after collecting all order total quantities at the bottom.
• Make checks payable to "WOE PTO."
• Please confirm your cash payment matches your order.
• Write your student's name on each check.
• Submit the TOP two (white & yellow) copies of the order form to school on or before February 24th. Retain the pink copy for your records.
